superb stay!!
lush towels soft linen lovely restaurant attentive staff
i secured a room right by the AMAZING pool, i was happy. the thick lush towels and soft bed linen were a wonderful bonus after a long trip. i found the restaurant lovely, and the staff were attentive and just lovely!!!
the only minor thing was the shower temperature, it fluctuated a bit, it was a very small issue for an otherwise very nice stay.

Breakfast includes menu selections. Communication was smooth, and the offerings satisfied. the breakfast is not a buffet but is by menu selection. Staff ensures accuracy. enjoy fresh choices each morning.

Excellent service and convenient location
efficient staff great location
I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room Ground Floor. The room's proximity to the pool and reception was very convenient. The staff were always happy, engaging and efficient. They ensured I had a great holiday.

cracked tiles no elevator
The staff was very nice and efficient from the front desk to the cleaners, a definite plus.
The bathroom needed a makeover. Many fittings were not in good condition. Some tiles were cracked or crumbling. there was no elevator. Rooms on higher floors might be difficult with mobility issues.
